Thomas LETCHER

He had an incredible will to live and a grit that stood him strong to the very end.

Tom was born September 3, 1935, in Fernie, BC, but lived his entire life in the Grasmere Valley.

When we talk about dad, grandpa, great grandpa it will be about spending time in nature, climbing mountainsides, exploring lakes and creeks for driftwood and special stones, or creating in his shop. Some of the best times were just sitting and enjoying the sunset.

Tom loved his family, he teased everyone with a mischievous smile and sense of humour, from family to friends, nurses, and care aids.

Tom is survived by the love of his life, Lola Hall, sons and daughters, Tom Jr., Jenny Letcher, Sheila Williamson, and Cam Hall along with his brother, Cecil Letcher and sister, Josephine Foster.

Tom’s thoughts were to keep the memories and history of the valley of those that came before, for those yet to come.
