Jocelyn Laureen Curtis (Gadd)
Jocelyn Curtis of Cranbrook, BC, passed away peacefully on July 10, 2025, at the age of 69, following a courageous battle with cancer.
Jocelyn was born in Atikokan, Ontario, on December 17, 1955, to Don and Gloria (Holenko) Gadd and relocated to British Columbia in 1980. She received certification as a Registered Nutritional Consulting Practitioner and was passionate about holistic natural health and wellness.
She is survived by her sons Philip (Nikki) and Andrew (HuiLing); grandchildren Brandon and Rhiannon; father Don; brother Brian (Brenda); sister Brenda; as well as her aunt, cousins, nephews and their families. Jocelyn was predeceased by her son, Matthew, and her mother Gloria.
She will be missed by many friends who have encouraged and prayed for her over the years. Special thanks to her cousin Melanie for her caring support, especially through her cancer journey. Jocelyn’s tenacious spirit, hopeful optimism and strong faith helped her navigate her recent health challenges, and now God has answered our prayers for healing by taking her home to heaven where she is pain-free and completely whole.

An informal prayer service will be held on Monday, July 21 at 7:00 PM at the home of Dennis and Aldie Hockley, 1309 22nd Street S., Cranbrook. Friends are welcome to attend.
