There’s something magical about Kimberley during the holiday season!

The twinkling lights, familiar faces, Christmas carols filling the Platzl, and the excitement of little ones waiting for Santa. It’s one of those evenings that reminds us just how special our community really is.

Join the Kimberley & District Chamber of Commerce as we kick off the holiday season with one of Kimberley’s favourite traditions, the Platzl Light Up!

Friday, November 13 from 5 – 8 p.m. in Kimberley’s Platzl.

Here’s a little of the magic waiting for you!

5–5:30 p.m.: Enjoy Christmas carols performed by our choir;

5:40 p.m.: Santa makes his grand arrival.

6 p.m.: Gather around as Santa and the Mayor lead the official countdown to light up the Platzl.

After the countdown: Santa heads to the Platzl Cuckcoo clock for family photos! $10 for photos – with 50% donations to the Kimberley Food Bank.
