Helicopter mosquito larvae treatment is taking place today, Wednesday, May 20, as part of the City of Kimberley’s seasonal mosquito control program.

You may see a low-flying helicopter treating standing water and wet areas.

The larvicide targets mosquito larvae before they hatch, helping reduce mosquito populations.

Please don’t be alarmed if you see the helicopter operating at low elevations during treatment activity.
