Wednesday Socials to feature wide range of talent

Free family friendly outdoor concerts are returning to downtown Fernie’s Station Square every Wednesday evening this summer.

Wednesday Socials begin on July 8 with headliner RaytheNihilist and warm-up act Tryg Strand & The Band.

Ray’s career has grown rapidly in recent years. After joining Junk’s Lions Eat Goats tour in 2022, he went on to complete three self-headlined Western Canadian tours and continues to perform, present workshops, and deliver motivational talks across the country.

His accolades include a 2021 SaskMusic Award nomination for Hip Hop Artist of the Year and a 2024 Saskatchewan Indigenous Music Award nomination for Fans’ Choice.
