Lacrosse athletes heading to BC Summer Games
A large number of Cranbrook and Kimberley U17 Box Lacrosse athletes are heading to Kelowna to represent the Kootenays (Zone 1) at the 2026 BC Summer Games this weekend.
Cranbrook/Kimberley area players include: Wyatt Bischler, Jaden Bruintjes, Noah Bruintjes, Ewan Byng-Hall, Zachary Colombo, Matthew Colombo, Drew Detta, Jake Lamond, Josh Sanderman, Tommy Sheppard, Elijah McInnes, Eli Hoechsmann, Mason Taylor, Lachlan Bruce, and Carter Hatala.
West Kootenay players include: Oliver Brooks, Atticus De Lisle, Tanner Ross, Kale Lalonde.
Lacrosse U17 players are heading to Kelowna this week to compete in the BC Games.
It’s a huge accomplishment for these players and speaks to their skill and dedication to the sport. Cranbrook Lacrosse is really proud of them.
