It is with heavy hearts that the family of Joan Jeffries announce her passing on August 30, 2026 at Joesph Creek Care Village in Cranbrook at the age of 93.

Joan was an avid lover of the outdoors, she enjoyed feeding the deer that would frequent in her yard and visiting with her neighbours.

Joan is survived by her stepdaughter Carol Bannerman. She is predeceased by her husband Bill Jeffries and stepson in-law Bruce Bannerman.

Joan has been interred in a private graveside at the Westlawn Cemetery. No public memorial will take place at this time

Joans family would like to thank the staff at Joseph Creek Care Village for all their wonderful care and respect for Joan.
