It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Margaret Glynnis Gustafson on August 19, 2026.

Born in Hamilton, Ontario, Margo was the daughter of Alfred and Margaret Brooks. She lived a life filled with family, friendship, laughter, and the pleasures that brought her joy.

Margo had a love of dancing and golf, two passions that brought her happiness and many memorable moments throughout her life. She enjoyed being active, having fun, and sharing good times with the people around her.

Above all, Margo cherished her family. She will be lovingly remembered by her children, Chris (Tiffany), Kelsey, and James, and her grandchildren, Hali, Ava, Riley, Reid, and Deagan. She is also survived by her brothers, Bill and Dwight.

Her family will remember the special moments they shared with her. Her love and presence will continue to live on through her children, grandchildren, brothers, family, and friends.

In keeping with Margo’s wishes, a private family service will be held to honour and celebrate her life.
