The City of Fernie has filed a Notice of Disposition for a portion of its municipal sidewalk/road adjacent to Big Bang Bagels/ Grass Roots Bistro.

“The City of Fernie hereby gives notice of its intention to dispose of its interests in land to Big Bang Bagels / Grass Roots Bistro by way of issuance of a Licence of Occupation to operate an outdoor patio on a portion of the municipal sidewalk/road adjacent to Big Bang Bagels/Grass Roots Bistro, located at 502 – 2nd Avenue (Lot 20, Block 13, District Lot 4588, Kootenay District, Plan 734), for a fee of $10 per square metre for a term of one-year,” the city outlined on its website.
