The 17th annual Wings Over the Rockies Bird Festival runs May 6 -12 in the Columbia Valley. ‘Celebrating, Mountains, Wetlands and Wildlife’ will explore the changes that are occurring in climates and natural environments and how birds and animals are adapting.
