MusicFest returns for third lakeside turn
Columbia Valley Arts Council is hosting the third annual Invermere MusicFest on a new weekend this year; August 22 and 23.
With the stage and Festival grounds set on the picturesque shoreline of Lake Windermere, the 2015 Invermere MusicFest is not to be missed. Last year brought close to 500 festival-goers making the event a huge success!
We are so excited to announce our line-up for this year’s Festival. Our headliner, Jay Malinowski & the Dead Coast will be sure to have you up dancing under the stars on a warm August evening.

We have invited Morgan Childs, local boy who has made it to the big times as a professional musician. Other bands confirmed are Pharis & Jason Romero, Stereo Three, 36?, Close Talker, Devon Coyote, Zerbin and Bocephus King.
A line-up that includes all genres of music for all ages. We are including a second day to the festival this year, with Musician Workshops and Jam Sessions.
Arrowhead Brewery & Tinhorn Creek Wines, several food vendors and a mix of artisan booths will make up the MusicFest Food & Refreshment Village to satisfy your bellies and creative-side. There will be plenty of space to spread out blankets and festival chairs with several bleachers strategically placed throughout the festival grounds. We’ve had a conversation with Mother Nature; sunshine and blue skies are confirmed!
The Columbia Valley Arts Council is currently seeking businesses and individuals interested in taking part in the festival sponsorship program, a huge success last year, with local businesses and organizations providing support.
