Legge highlights Small Business Week luncheon
There is a reason why some people become renowned international speakers.
They bring messages we all need to hear or be reminded about and they present them in ways that resonate and produce results.
A Prestige Inn conference room packed with Cranbrook Chamber of Commerce members was treated to such a speaker yesterday (Oct. 21).
Dr. Peter Legge, chairman/CEO of the largest independently owned media publishing company in Western Canada (Canada Wide Media Ltd.), bestselling author of 20 books and internationally acclaimed speaker, was the perfect Small Business Week keynote speaker.
His old fashioned truths offering paths to habits of success resonated with the roughly 150 people on hand for the chamber’s monthly luncheon and Small Business Week Trade Fair.
Legge emphasized in a morning seminar at the Heritage Inn (27 Success Habits: Winning Ways) and at the luncheon that we become what we think about; we get what we desire or set goals to achieve.
Excellent advice for anyone, let alone small business owners.
