Pamela Louise Walton (nee Hart)

March 29, 1929 – December 10, 2019

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Pamela Walton, peacefully at home in Garden View Village, Kimberley, B.C.

Pam was born in Great Britain, Graduated from Westcliff College of Secretaries with Honours. She met and married Roy Walton in 1950. They had one son, Garry. In 1957 they moved to Calgary, AB and later to the East Kootenays. Pam worked as a legal secretary until retirement and enjoyed her spare time quilting and painting.

Pam was predeceased by her parents Alfred and Grace Hart and her husband Roy. She is survived by her one son Garry his wife Bonnie and their two children Caelan and Catherine as well as nieces and nephews.

The family would like to thank the excellent staff at Garden View Village, Dr. Kate Buddo and the staff at The East Kootenay Regional Hospital, Andrea Wallace and her staff at Interior Health, Commitment To Care Resources, and the many caregivers who made Pam so comfortable at home.

In lieu of flowers, Donations may be made to the Canadian Diabetes Association https://www.diabetes.ca/donate or a charity of ones own choosing.

A family service will be held in the spring.
