Meadowbrook Community Day June 13
The Meadowbrook Community Association (MCA) will be holding a Meadowbrook Community Day on Saturday, June 13, from 10 a.m. until 3 p.m. at 8512 Highway 95A (Loewen residence).
The event will feature garage and bake sales and kiddies’ activities. It will be held rain or shine.
Anyone with food, crafts, products or items to sell; or who wish to buy things from local folks; this is your chance.
Vendors must register with Melissa Neidig at [email protected] or 250-427-0845 by June 1. There is no charge for vendors who are MCA members. The fee for non-members is $15.
People who would like to donate items other than clothing for the MCA to sell, should contact Marie Kohlman at [email protected] or 250-427-3490 or Marty Musser at [email protected] or 250-427-1748. Alternatively items can be dropped off on Saturday June 6, 9 a.m.-1 p.m. at 8512 Highway 95A (Loewen residence).
The 2015-16 MCA memberships will be available for $12 per person. There is no requirement to be a resident of Meadowbrook or Woods Corner. Anyone 18 years and older who supports preserving and enhancing these areas may become a member.
MCA members, residents of Meadowbrook and Woods Corner, and others in the area are invited to come out and visit with folks they know and folks they have yet to meet.
