Cranbrook and area housing industry focus of next CHBA luncheon address
The next Canadian Home Builders’ Association (CHBA) Rocky Mountain Speaker Series Luncheon will be enlightening for anyone wanting to know how 2013 should shake down in the home construction, resale and rental market sectors.
Paul Fabri, a Housing Market Analyst with CMHC, will share his economic forecast for Cranbrook and surrounding area in 2013, with insights into new home construction, resale and rental markets.
The luncheon is Friday, Feb. 15 from noon to 1 p.m. at the Heritage Inn in Cranbrook.
