Work begins on Cranbrook’s first ‘BuiltGreen’ multi-family housing complex
New Dawn Developments is starting construction on a new multi-family housing complex in Cranbrook.
Columbia Basin Trust (CBT) is a proud investor in Fisher Peak Townhomes, which will provide quality homes at an entry-level price, making home ownership a possibility for many.
New Dawn Developments is constructing these townhomes to BuiltGreen Platinum standards through its voluntary use of resource-efficient, environmentally friendly construction practices and products.
