Bylaw No. 3010 “Regional District of East Kootenay – Upper Columbia Valley Zoning Bylaw No. 900, 1990 – Amendment Bylaw No. 365, 2020 (Miscellaneous Amendments / RDEK)” will amend the text of the zoning bylaw to integrate regulatory changes that were previously made to other RDEK zoning bylaws during a round of housekeeping and to implement some regulatory changes to address OCP direction and current planning matters.
