ALR Exclusion Applications – The Regional District of East Kootenay (RDEK) has received requests from 6 landowners to make an Agricultural Land Reserve (ALR) exclusion application on their behalf. RDEK is considering making applications under section 29 of the Agricultural Land Commission Act.
