Bylaw No. 3197 “Regional District of East Kootenay – Baynes Lake Official Community Plan Bylaw No. 2319, 2011 – Amendment Bylaw No. 25, 2022 (Baynes Lake / Press)” will amend the OCP designation of Lot 1, Block 33, District Lot 132, Kootenay District Plan 1181 from MH, Medium Holdings to SH, Small Holdings.

Bylaw No. 3198 “Regional District of East Kootenay – South Country Zoning & Floodplain Management Bylaw No. 2320, 2011 – Amendment Bylaw No. 37, 2022 (Baynes Lake / Press)” will amend the zone designation of Lot 1, Block 33, District Lot 132, Kootenay District, Plan 1181 from RR-2, Rural Residential (Small Holding) zone to RR-1, Rural Residential (Estate) zone.
