Groundswell benefits from BC Hydro grant
Groundswell Network Society gathered participants in its Applied Sustainable Living (ASL) programs last month to recognize a $10,000 donation from BC Hydro’s Broad Impact Community Grants.
Groundswell’s ASL programs teach applied skills and strategies that build and support sustainability and resilience of individuals, groups, and whole communities. Renewable energy, food production, water conservation, waste management, green building technologies, permaculture, climate change impacts adaptation and social enterprise training are the core program areas of Groundswell’s ASL programs, events, tours and presentations.
