It is that time of year again when Jumbo Creek Conservation Society members gather with friends to get ‘the goods’ on the multi-decadal Jumbo Glacier Resort saga!

The Jumbo Creek Conservation Society is holdings its annual general meeting on Thursday, November 9 at 7 p.m. in the David Thompson Secondary School Theatre (doors open at 6:30).

The brief AGM will include an update on this year’s Jumbo happenings and what may lie ahead in 2018.

The AGM will be followed by a presentation from Harvey Locke, internationally renowned conservationist, who will speak to us about wild places in these wild times.
