BC SPCA Strongman Classic raffle winners announced

Mr. and Mrs. Radcliffe are the happy first place prize winners of the 2019 BC SPCA Strongman Classic raffle.

They will be enjoying a trip for two to Kelowna, featuring round trip flights with Pacific Coastal, accommodation at the Accent Inn, a car rental from Budget Car and Truck Rental, and wine tastings at Grey Monk Winery and Sandhill Wines.

Second prize winners receive a two-night stay at Mountain Spirit Resort, a round of golf for two at Trickle Creek Golf Resort, stay and play at St. Eugene Golf Resort and Casino and a golf lesson for two with Chris Medford Associate Golf Pro St. Eugene. Third prize is a Kingsdown Body premier mattress set donated by Bridge Interiors and Kingsdown and fourth prize is two River Wild Adventures with Canyon Raft Company which was donated by Lawn Barbers.

Since 2011, Fitness Inc. has collaborated with the BC SPCA to raise an incredible $32,780 through raffles held at the Strongman Classic event each year with the support of many local businesses.

“This year’s raffle was huge success, raising $5,515 for animals at the East Kootenay BC SPCA,” said SPCA East Kootenay branch manager Christy King. “Congratulations to all the winners. Thank you to everyone who participated and to our amazing sponsors.”

This year’s raffle sponsors include: Pacific Coastal Airlines, Accent Inn Kelowna, Budget Car and Truck Rental, Mountain Spirit Resort, Trickle Creek Golf Resort, St. Eugene Casino and Resort, Bridge Interiors, Kingsdown, Lawn Barbers, Grey Monk Winery, Sandhill Wines and Cranbrook Street Liquor Store.

“We are so thankful for Trevor and his team at Fitness Inc. and for their incredible support over the last eight years,” says King.
