Random Acts of Fordness to take over Cranbrook

Denham Ford celebrates 10 years in Cranbrook with 10 kind and caring gestures for community

In celebration of its 10-year anniversary in Cranbrook, Denham Ford presents Random Acts of Fordness – a two-week campaign in which Denham Ford management and staff execute daily random acts of kindness, thoughtfulness and giving within the Cranbrook community.

“Random Acts of Fordness is about extending ourselves daily in a way that uplifts another,” said Rene Kowalchuk, General Manager, Denham Ford. “It’s about connecting with our community, engaging in genuine conversations with local charitable organizations, and identifying helpful and meaningful ways the Denham Ford team can contribute to a cause, a project, a family, a space, an individual or a group.

“All our staff is on board for this, and we have a diverse range of skills and passions that will guide and inspire us in carrying out our Random Acts of Fordness.”

The event will take place from September 18 to 29. Each weekday a new Random Act of Fordness will be carried out. The community can follow the Random Acts of Fordness campaign through Denham Ford’s Facebook and Instagram pages.

“Denham Ford has always made community and giving-back part of its corporate culture and philosophy,” says Steve Zsillei, Marketing Manager, Denham Ford. “We believe kindness can create a ripple effect throughout a community. This is not about a dollar amount or a bottom line or a cheque cut to a cause we never fully understand. This is about giving time, effort, energy and heart to make the day just a little bit better for another through a kind action or thoughtful gift. It is about thanking the people of Cranbrook for 10 years of support.

“We are excited to see how this event impacts the Denham Ford team, as well as the community we serve.”
