Kootenay Street North between 4th Street North and 6th Street North will be closed to all traffic on Tuesday, July 14 for the repair of a water main break.

Crews will begin work about 8 a.m. with the work expected to take most of the day. Drivers are asked to please watch for and obey any signage in place and detour around the area.

Please slow down and give workers the space they need to be safe. It is so important for drivers to be aware of their presence.

When driving through the city any time and you see vehicles with flashing red, blue or yellow lights, please be aware that workers are present. Reduce your speed and allow extra space when passing the vehicles or accident scene, where it is safe to do so.
