The BeaYOUtiful Foundation is a registered Canadian charity that provides confidence programs, self-esteem workshops and large-scale city-wide conference for young girls ages eight to 14 across Canada.

Having impacted over 2,000 girls to date, our purpose is to enable young girls to celebrate their inner-beauty and find confidence through mentorship.

On Wednesday, January 12, at 6 p.m. local time we are launching a Free Digital Confidence Workshop for girls ages 11-14 for the B.C. Interior regions.

We are focusing on positive mental health, body image, goal setting, and self-reflection.
