The Kootenay Savings Community Foundation is excited to announce the distribution of over $45,000 in new grants. These most recent grants, ranging from $500 to $5000, will provide assistance to seventeen diverse and dedicated community organizations from across the East and Central Kootenay.

One of the many ways Kootenay Savings says it can make a meaningful difference is through the work of the foundation, which recently announced $45,075 in new grants to help a variety of charitable and community partners achieve their goals.

Among the 17 dedicated and diverse groups benefitting from this latest round of funding are four from the East Kootenay: Columbia Valley Arts Council – $1,000; Kimberley Gymnastics Society
 – $5,000; Toby Creek Nordic Ski Club – $2,000; Windermere Valley Youth Centre Society – $2,000.
