Golf: a family affair for Cindy Soukoroff 

Cindy Soukoroff has long been a staple of the Kootenays community; born and raised in Fernie, and now serving as the Director of Golf at St. Eugene Golf Resort & Casino in ?aqam near Cranbrook.

Since joining St. Eugene in 2007, she has strived to create a welcoming and fun environment for women and all golfers.

Currently serving as a Vice-President on the PGA of BC’s Board of Directors, Soukoroff was named the 2018 Dick Munn Golf Professional of the Year Award recipient, and has since added two Davie Black Professional Development Awards (2020, 2022) to her mantle.

A true leader at her club and in the community, Soukoroff is featured in the first of PGA of BC’s Women’s Golf Week series in collaboration with Par 6 Golf.

Women’s Golf Week presented by Dexim Golfwear is an annual initiative running May 30 to June 6, to engage, empower and support women and girls in golf, culminating in International Women’s Golf Day on June 6.
