Over the weekend, Kootenay East Youth Soccer Association (KEYSA) had 11 teams travel to Invermere to compete in the Columbia Valley Youth Soccer Tournament.

They all put forth an outstanding effort and we are so proud of ALL of the teams!

U12 boys placed 2nd,

U13 boys Placed 3rd,

U16 boys placed 3rd,

U18 boys placed 1st,

U12 girls placed 3rd,

U14 girls placed 3rd,

U15 girls placed 1st.

Thank you to all the coaches, managers, parents and players for coming out and making all this possible!

Our teams will also be travelling to Lethbridge and Kalispell this month for tournaments, and of course, KEYSA hosts an annual tournament at Sam Steele Days!

This year is even bigger and better than ever! We have over 80 teams for the tournament this year, so we are very excited! We hope to see some locals out cheering us on!

KEYSA’s tournament at Sam Steele Days will be at both Moir Park and Mt. Baker fields, Saturday and Sunday, June 18 and 19.
