Mainroad surveying views of past winter service
Mainroad East Kootenay Contracting has launched a post winter survey directed to East Kootenay communities and residents.
“I would like to take this opportunity to ask East Kootenay service area communities / public for some feedback on the winter maintenance services Mainroad provided this winter season. Mainroad will use this information to assess and adjust our level of service,” said Andries de Witt, Mainroad’s General Manager.
The survey has been launched on Mainroad social media channels. Residents have until 4 p.m., Saturday, April 24 to complete the anonymous survey, which takes about five minutes to complete.
Mainroad is responsible for the maintenance of British Columbia’s provincial highways and roads between Radium Hot Springs (north), Goatfel (west), Alberta border (east) and the U.S. border (south).
*Please note: Question #15 will ask if you wish to be contacted by Mainroad, therefor if you respond YES, you will need to provide your contact information in Question #1.
