The following is a summary of board motions carried during the April 11 School Board No. 5 (SD5) School Board of Trustees’ meeting held in Cranbrook.

General

That the board entertains three readings (Bylaw, three readings of a bylaw must be completed. By unanimous consent of the Board, three readings may be completed at a single meeting) of the Capital Bylaw, No. CPSD05-01, for a maximum expenditure of $666,149.

That the board approves Capital Bylaw No. CPSD05-01, for a maximum expenditure of $666,149.

That the board moves the May board meeting from Tuesday, May 9 to Monday, May 15 to accommodate the provincial election and the location be switched to Cranbrook in May, and Elkford in June.
