Colton Sutherland, a Grade 6 student at Elkford’s Rocky Mountain Elementary School, is taking Movember seriously.

Jeff and Tathlina Sutherland’s 11-year-old son is aiming to raise $1,500 in donations and he will be cutting off his hair!

To help achieve his goal, he has joined team FROs Mavens of Movember.

His motivation: “I’m raising funds and awareness this Movember for all the dads, brothers, sons and mates in our lives. I need your help. Please donate to support men’s health.”

At time of this story being published, Colton has raised $790.
