Two local organizations recently received $5,586 to further the great work they are doing in the Elk Valley after 100 Women Who Care Fernie (100WWCFernie) came together for their second 2022 Giving Event on November 3.

The group is collectively donating a total of $11,172 and through a member nomination and voting process, selected two local organizations to share the funds ā€“ Caregivers Network for East Kootenay Seniors and Fernie Child Care Society.
