Elevate Construction picked to build field house
A builder has been chosen for the new field house in Fernie.
The Elk Valley Field House Society has contracted Elevate Construction, from Lethbridge, to build the facility, to be located next to the Fernie Aquatic Centre.
“We would like to thank the Elk Valley Field House Society for selecting Elevate Construction to be part of their exciting new project,” said Blayne Janssens, President and Partner of Elevate Construction.
This marks a major step forward for the project.
“We had five companies bid on the project and, in the end, Elevate Construction provided us, and the community, with the best bang for the buck,” said Aysha Haines, spokesperson for the Elk Valley Field House Society.
In addition to building the facility, Elevate will serve as project manager for building.
