The City of Fernie this afternoon reported there is a significant disruption to water services for those living in the Montane subdivision due to a pipe error that occurred while working on a water main on Whitetail Drive.

Repairs are underway and residents in this area should expect a disruption in water services until 8 p.m., or as soon as the repair can be completed.
