The Mount Baker Secondary School girls’ Junior and Senior Basketball teams returned from the Provincial Tournament held in Langley last week. Both teams had a great week, played some very competitive basketball games, and represented the Kootenay Zone well.

The Junior Girls finished in 22nd place over Vernon (23) and Prince George (24).

The two games they won were against GP Vanier (36-31) and Vernon (35-20).

The Senior Girls finished 15th place over Prince George (16) and won against Prince George (75-60).

The senior boys departed at 5 am this morning for their Provincials tournament (also held in Langley).
