The Kootenay Savings Community Foundation is pleased to announce the distribution of $70,900 in new grants.

These most recent grants, ranging from $500 to $10,000, will help 24 diverse and deserving community organizations in the Kootenays.

From that, three East Kootenay organizations are receiving funds: Cranbrook-Kimberley Business Development Society; Windermere Valley Childcare Society and the Windermere Valley Youth Centre Society.
