Suspicion ruled out in Jeremy Wellman death
Elk Valley RCMP this afternoon announced an investigation into the sudden death of Jeremy Wellman has ruled out suspicious causes.
RCMP launched a suspicious death investigation Dec. 6 after he was found deceased in Fernie. The 32-year-old Elk Valley man had been reported missing Dec. 2.
Through the course of their investigation along with the BC Corners Service, Elk Valley RCMP has confirmed that the death of 32-year-old Jeremy Wellman was not suspicious in nature, police reported Dec. 13.
RCMP continues to assist the BC Coroners Service with the investigation of the circumstance surrounding Mr. Wellman`s death.
