Wilmer house damaged by fire
Invermere Fire/Rescue responded to a structure fire in Wilmer this morning (Jan. 8).
When crews arrived smoke and flames were coming from the attic. No one was home at the time of the fire.
Fourteen members from Invermere responded and extinguished the fire. The cause of the fire is under investigation, reported Invermere Fire Chief Jason Roe.
