Local teen representing B.C. in volleyball again

Cranbrook resident Mia Molnar, 17, is once again set to play for B.C. in volleyball again this summer in Toronto and Newfoundland.

East Kootenay Volleyball Club member Molnar was invited to play in the 2025 All-Canadian Games, which will stream a match this Sunday, June 8 at 2 p.m. Toronto time (4 p.m. Mountain). Cwench and Mizuno are sponsoring this U16/U17 event.

Molnar also just found out she made the U18 select girls’ volleyball team and will represent B.C. at the Canada Cup in Toronto this July and in Canada’s Summer Games in Newfoundland this August.

Congratulations Mia!
