Winter and Spring 2025 in the East Kootenay
By Ian Cobb and Carrie Schafer
Winter 2025 in the East Kootenay was relatively welcoming, aside from its snitty and damaging beginning Nov. 20/21 (2024).
We only had a few snowstorms and deep freezes mostly stayed away, so when we ventured we had some luck with light and conditions.
Spring was also quite lovely and when travelled about the region, we once again gathered images of life passing by in the beautiful East Kootenay.
The following video contains images from/near: Cranbrook; Windermere; Fernie; Columbia Lake; Kimberley; Elkford; Hartley Lake FSR; Hosmer; ?akisqnuk; Premier Lake; Sparwood; and ?aqam/St. Eugene Golf Resort and Casino.
