Online Ktunaxa language course returning
Kiʔsuk kyukyit q̓api niskiⱡ. Have you ever wanted to be able to converse in Ktunaxa?
Here’s your chance.
The Columbia Basin Environment Education Network (CBEEN) is offering a Ktunaxa Introductory Online Language Course starting on February 23.
This course is open to everyone – both Indigenous and non-Indigenous participants who wish to support language revitalization.
Learn the sounds, words and some history of the Ktunaxa Language.
It is facilitated by Ktunaxa Elder, Alfred Joseph, and Ktunaxa Language Instructor, Mara Nelson.
This will be the sixth time CBEEN has run this online course, noting they have had some fantastic feedback over the years.
