Obituary of Terence DAVIS
Terence DAVIS
With the deepest sadness, the Davis – Chivers family announce the unexpected, sudden passing of Terence Davis — beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend to all.
Terence left us suddenly on February 19, 2026, in the comfort of his home.
Left to mourn his passing is his true love, Lisa Chivers, whom he fondly called “Timmy”; his children, Jessica, Shanna, Jack, and Sam; his precious cat, Yoda; and his mother-in-law, Sylvia. He was a proud grandfather to Colton and Victoria. He also leaves behind his sister, Jacqueline; his nieces, Laura and Beth and their children; his best friends, Judith and Jeff and their children; and his family and friends in England, who were never far from his thoughts and his love.
He will be missed greatly by all his coworkers whose friendships he cherished.
Terry had a larger-than-life personality and energy that filled up the room wherever he went. He brought laughter, comfort, acceptance, and warmth to those who knew him. He had open arms and always gave a hug to anyone close by.
He started his life in a tiny village called Hall Bank Gate, Cumbria. Born March 30, 1963. He later moved to Nottinghamshire with his parents, Audrey and Brian Davis, and sister, Jacqueline.
Terence immigrated to Canada in 1994 with his first wife, Sheila, and daughter Jessica, and he called it home until his death on February 19, 2026.
