Watch Canadian rock history outdoors August 22
Join in at Kimberley’s Centre 64 outdoor stage on August 22 to watch CBC’s screening of the final concert by iconic Canadian band The Tragically Hip.
Relive the night Canada stood still for the live broadcast of The Tragically Hip’s 2016 Man Machine Poem Kingston Show.
The concert was the final show of 15 across Canada after singer Gord Downie had been diagnosed with terminal brain cancer.
An estimated 11.7 million people watched and bid adieu to the beloved Downie and the band.
Live@Studio64 Presents: CBC’s 10th anniversary screening of The Tragically Hip’s Final Concert is an all-ages show; children aged 12 and under get in for free.
Doors open at 6 p.m.
