Eric, Michelle, their family, and staff, celebrated their first year as the new owners of the Kimberley City Bakery. Free cake and prizes, a new menu and tattoos for the children were all but a piece of the action.

It was not to be outdone by the fantastic scratch baking that is made all in-house. “It is amazing, the support we have received since taking over last year,” said Eric, the owner of the Kimberley City Bakery. “We have strived to bring back the great traditional baking of years past.”

With many more ideas and recipes to showcase, Eric says it will take over 20 years to implement everything he wants to do and make. But one thing is for sure, If you haven’t been here recently, you haven’t experienced the “true taste of fresh baked goods!”

Here’s to another 29 years!
