Sledders rescued by CVSAR
Columbia Valley Search and Rescue (CVSAR) members have rescued a pair of snowmobilers from the backcountry.
About one hour ago CVSAR reported on its Facebook page “subjects and volunteers on way out now.”
The volunteer emergency response team was called out yesterday evening.
“Heli could not access terrain due to weather and darkness. Teams going out again in a.m.,” CVSAR noted on its Facebook page.
No other details of this rescue, such as where the sledders were located or where they are from, are yet available.
