Jaffray-Baynes Lake Farmers’ Market returning
One of the region’s biggest farmers’ markets is revving up for another season.

The Jaffray-Baynes Lake Farmers Market, held at 7825 Jaffray-Baynes Lake Road will return to action on June 18 and run through to Sept. 3.
“The Jaffray-Baynes Lake Farmers’ Market specializes in quality home-made, home-baked, home-grown, and home-produced items as well as any products that enhances the home, acreage, farm or ranch or tourism,” said Doug Lyon, Market Manager.
An outdoor market located on the grounds of the Baynes Lake Community Centre, the market runs from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
Like all farmers’ markets, it is best to get there as early as possible to find the best deals.
Additionally, a date has been set for the 26th annual Christmas Market (Christmas In The Country). It will be held on Saturday, November 5 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Jaffray Community Centre Hall in Jaffray.
