Gordon Irving Walmsley

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of a great man who left us on Feb 22, 2026. Gordon was born in Greenwood, BC, and spent most of his life in Cranbrook. He is survived by his wife Joan, children Sharon, Debbie (Wayne), Wayne (Jo Anna), 4 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.

Gordon loved his family, friends students and community. He created, lived, and truly deserved the wonderful life he led. We will miss him and he is forever in our hearts and souls.

A celebration of life will be held at the Columbo Lodge in Cranbrook B.C on May 23, 2026 at 11:00 A.M
