Rodney Brown performing at Hot Shots Oct. 18

Award-winning Canadian singer/songwriter Rodney Brown, hailing from Thunder Bay, Ontario, will be performing in support of the Cranbrook & District Arts Council at Hot Shots Cafe (beside TD Bank) on Victoria Street.

The show will be held on Tuesday, Oct. 18 from 7:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. Admission is $15 at the door; cds will also be available for sale.

Rodney has been entertaining audiences across Canada and the Midwest U.S. with his songs of the fur trade for well over 30 years and is well received everywhere he plays.

Rodney’s show in Cranbrook is part of his Western Tour To The Sea which kicked off on Oct. 14 in Forget, Sask., and continues on to Fort Qu’appelle and Cypress Hill. Following the show in Cranbrook, Rodney will be appearing in Vernon, Vancouver, and Victoria before heading up to Edmonton for a few shows from Oct. 27 to Nov. 1.

On Nov. 3 he will be in Redvers, Sask. and then wraps up the tour with a show in Winnipeg, Man. We are fortunate to have an entertainer of his caliber add Cranbrook to his list of shows; please make plans now to attend.
