Bylaw No. 3028 “Regional District of East Kootenay – Upper Columbia Valley Zoning Bylaw No. 900, 1992 – Amendment Bylaw No. 368, 2020 (Dry Gulch / Kayhay Holdings Ltd)” will amend the designations of the subject lands from R-MP, Mobile Home Park Residential Zone to RES-1, Recreation Accommodation Zone.
