Council adopts housekeeping zoning bylaw

At their regular meeting on Monday February 20, City of Cranbrook council unanimously adopted City of Cranbrook Zoning Bylaw No. 3737, 2012.

The new bylaw replaces Zoning Bylaw No. 3100, 1993. The changes made to the Zoning Bylaw included: updates of titles for City staff; consistent underlining to represent defined words; corrections to minor typographical errors; updates to legislative references; updates to maps including legend and some interpretive clarification.

Bylaw No. 3737, 2012 is now available for viewing on the City’s website at www.cranbrook.ca, under ‘Bylaws’.

Copies are also available for purchase at Cranbrook City Hall.
